TERRA SIGILLATA BOWL<br \/>The terra sigillata vessels, called the porcelain of antiquity, were covered with a<br \/>mysterious red glaze and were made and decorated by skilled craftsmen, for example,<br \/>Hercules and Victoria appear on the relief of this bowl.<\/p><p>18. TERRA SIGILLATA PLATE<br \/>The owner of this terra sigillata vessel expressed the value of this vessel by scratching the<br \/>following text in the bottom \u201eI belong to Maximinus, give me back to him!\u201d.<\/p><p>20. POMPEIAN RED BOWL<br \/>The soldiers really liked this vessel form from the end of the 1st century until the end of<br \/>the 2nd century.<\/p><p>21. LID<br \/>Such a simple clay lid with a handle was used most often in Pannonia.<\/p><p>36. BRONZE VESSEL<br \/>This vessel, together with several others, belonged to the cargo of a ship that sank on the<br \/>Danube, some of them had the owner\u2019s name written on them, hence we know that the<br \/>ship came from Brigetio, which now it&#8221;s called Sz\u0151ny.<\/p><p>48. BRONZE HANDLE<br \/>This handle, which is depicting a mask, belonged to a wine jug, this vessel was<br \/>indispensable for the feasts of the wealthy.<\/p><p>57. AMPHORA<br \/>This clay vessel with characteristic handles was used to transport or package wine, oil or<br \/>fish sauce (garum) from the East, Italy or Hispania.<\/p><p>58. THE DENARIUS<br \/>The silver coins were found in the basement of the camp sanctuary in the middle of the<br \/>military camp, and the coins of several rulers (Marcus Aurelius, Caracalla emperors,<br \/>Lucilla, Faustina, Salonina empresses) can be found among them.<\/p><p>154. JUG<br \/>Local Pannonian potter made this clay vessel, which was usually used at the table during<br \/>dining.<\/p><p>156. DIPPING BOWL<br \/>This clay pot was used in the late Roman Age.<\/p><p>158. HOOK<br \/>They were already fishing in the Roman Age, with this hook they caught larger fishes from<br \/>the Danube.<\/p><p>185. GLASS PASTE BEAD<br \/>The Romans manufactured these beads in large quantities, then sold them to the<br \/>neighbouring Sarmatian territories, so this piece could have been part of the shipment to<br \/>the Great Plain or belonged to a Sarmatian coming from the other side of the Danube.<\/p><p>186.
